What Does the Development of the Action Plan Involve?
It is a paid process audit and analytical workshop. This is the first stage, during which I check how your production process works, as well as the related business processes (such as sales, shipping, and warehousing). Based on this, I estimate and determine where you are losing the most time and money, and I propose a solution.
This IS NOT a free sales presentation. This IS NOT a general, hour-long conversation about "Odoo possibilities." You are paying for our expert knowledge and a concrete action plan based on the analysis of your company.
Our 4-Stage Process for Creating the Manufacturing Digitization Action Plan
Step 1: Initial Interview
- We discuss your main goals, problems, and establish the scope of the analysis. (Approx. 1 hour, remotely).
Step 2: Process Mapping
- We conduct meetings with key individuals in your company (management, department heads). We map the actual process and business processes.
Step 3: Solution Design
- We analyze the collected material. We identify "bottlenecks," areas for automation, and design the recommended target state.
Step 4: Presentation of the Report and Recommendations
- We discuss the final report with you. We answer questions and present the action plan.

You will receive a multi-page Report - Action Plan, which contains:
Map of current business processes (verified "AS-IS" state).
List of identified problems and "bottlenecks" generating costs or risk.
Recommendation for process optimization using Odoo ("TO-BE" state).
