Privacy Policy

§ 1. General Provisions

  1. Niniejsza polityka prywatności (zwana dalej „Polityką”) określa zasady przetwarzania danych osobowych pozyskiwanych za pośrednictwem strony internetowej https://www.adapt-it.pl/ (zwanej dalej „Stroną”).

  2. The controller of your personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller") is Dawid Gacek, conducting business under the name Adapt IT - Dawid Gacek, NIP: 6793196106, REGON: 385469046, address: Wielicka 42/B3, 30-552 Kraków.

  3. Contact with the Controller is possible via e-mail at: dawid.gacek@adapt-it.pl or in writing to the company's registered address.

  4. The Controller processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter "GDPR").

§ 2. Purposes, Legal Basis, and Period of Data Processing

The Controller processes your personal data for the following purposes:

1. Handling Inquiries (Contact Form / E-mail):

  • Purpose: To answer inquiries sent by you and to conduct correspondence.

  • Legal Basis: Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller, which is communication with users) or Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b of the GDPR (taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract).

  • Processing Period: For the time necessary to conduct correspondence, and after its completion, for the archiving period resulting from legal provisions or until the expiry of any potential claims.

2. Conducting Analysis and Statistics Purpose:

  • Purpose: Analyzing traffic on the Website, improving its operation, ensuring security (e.g., by analyzing server logs).

  • Legal Basis: Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller, consisting in administering the Website and analyzing its popularity).

  • Processing Period: Until cookies expire (see § 3) or until you effectively object.

3. Direct Marketing of Own Services

  • Purpose: Presenting offers regarding the Controller's services to individuals who are already clients or have expressed interest in the offer.

  • Legal Basis: Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller, which is the marketing of its own products or services).

  • Processing Period: Until you effectively object to the processing of data for this purpose.

§ 3. Cookies

  1. The Website uses cookies (small text files saved on your device).

  2. The Website uses the following types of cookies:

    • Necessary Cookies: Required for the proper functioning of the Website (e.g., maintaining the session). Their use is based on the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the GDPR) or is necessary for the performance of the service (Art. 173 sec. 3 of the Telecommunications Law).

    • Analytical and Marketing Cookies: (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel). Used to collect statistical data on how the Website is used. Their use is based solely on your voluntary consent (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a of the GDPR), expressed via the cookie banner.

  3. A message asking for consent to use cookies (other than necessary) is displayed during the first visit to the Website.

  4. You can change cookie settings or delete them at any time from your internet browser.

§ 4. Data Recipients and Transfer of Data Outside the EEA

  1. The recipients of your personal data may be entities providing services necessary for the functioning of the Website to the Controller, so-called processors.

  2. Data is entrusted in particular to:

    • Odoo

  3. Your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), e.g., to the USA, in connection with the use of analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics) or mailing systems.

  4. The transfer of data takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, which are intended to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

§ 5. Rights of Data Subjects

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

  1. Right of access to data (Art. 15 of the GDPR).

  2. Right to rectification (correction) of data (Art. 16 of the GDPR).

  3. Right to erasure of data ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17 of the GDPR).

  4. Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 of the GDPR).

  5. Right to data portability (Art. 20 of the GDPR) – if processing is based on consent or a contract.

6. Right to object (Art. 21 of the GDPR)

If your data is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the GDPR), you have the right to object at any time. In particular, you have an unconditional right to object if the data is processed for the purposes of direct marketing.

7. Right to withdraw consent

If processing is based on consent (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a of the GDPR), you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

8. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

§ 6. Changes to the Privacy Policy

  1. The Controller reserves the right to make changes to this Policy.

  2. Users will be informed of any changes by publishing the new content of the Policy on the Website.

  3. The Policy enters into force on 11.11.2025.
