About Me: My Story and the Foundations of Adapt IT

My name is Dawid Gacek and I am the founder of Adapt IT.

I worked as a Logistics Process Simulation Specialist at a Cracow Smelter and as a programmer, creating software and developing IT systems for large companies and corporations. During this time, I observed how technology can genuinely support daily work — but also how its absence or poor fit leads to chaos, losses, and frustration.

I treat business applications as tools. Their operation must be natural and intuitive — their goal is to help, not to hinder.

My Experience: From Manufacturing to Process Analysis

Working over the years in a family production plant, in the warehouse of a large furniture store, modeling processes in heavy industry, and developing software, I gained a unique combination of experience from various industries.

Each of them is characterized by its own specifics, yet all these sectors form one coherent system of a manufacturing or engineering company: from customer acquisition, through production, to the delivery of the finished product.

Goal: Real Support for Polish Manufacturing Companies

That is why I founded Adapt IT — a company whose goal is to support manufacturing and engineering companies in digital transformation.

My experience allows me to understand that businesses need tools for effective operation. That is why I base my offer on Odoo — a system that combines many functions in one place and flexibly adapts to business needs. My goal is to provide real help that translates into better work organization, greater efficiency, and growth. By supporting Polish manufacturing companies, I genuinely influence their development through what I do best: technology, systems, and structure.

Invitation to cooperation

If you feel that your company is losing control over its processes, I invite you to a 20-minute Needs Analysis. This is not a sales pitch – it is a quick, substantive analysis of whether our business objectives are aligned.
