The hour package available within the subscription can be used for:
- Direct contact from system users (questions like "how to do something?")
- Minor changes to system configuration (Odoo and Server)
- Reaction in case of system failure (Odoo and Server)
- Other
We have experience in maintaining Linux servers.
Support, Maintenance, and Service Offer
Hour Package: 5 hours are included in the subscription price.
Additional Hours: After utilizing the package, the rate is 250 PLN net / hour.
Billing: Every commenced 30 minutes of work. Unused hours do not carry over to the next month.
Contract Duration: from 1 month to one year.
