Downloading Bills & Invoices from KSeF is Ready!
Just a couple moments ago this feature was merged into 18.0 Odoo version. 19.0 will be updated in couple of hours as well.
That means - when you update you Odoo instance and configure KSeF properly, Odoo will auto import invoices from KSeF!
Work on Downloading Invoices from KSeF is Underway
Recently, I informed you that the official Odoo KSeF module is ready (see our post: Odoo KSeF Available!). Today, I have another highly anticipated update.
Odoo has begun working on the next KSeF functionality: the automatic downloading of invoices from KSeF.
Until now, the official KSeF module in Odoo allowed for the automatic sending of invoices to KSeF. This is the core functionality—and in my opinion, more critical than downloading—which is why it was implemented first.
On February 9, a new branch was created (GitHub - KSeF invoice download branch), which clearly indicates that work is progressing on the next stage: invoice retrieval.
This gives us certainty that the official KSeF module will continue to be developed. Of course, we do not yet have an exact completion date for the invoice downloading feature.
As a reminder, the Odoo KSeF Module is available starting from version 18.0 (both Community and Enterprise). You can find more details in [this post].
In summary:
- The KSeF module in Odoo is ready (sending invoices to KSeF).
- Downloading invoices from KSeF is currently in development.
