Online Payments - why is it important?
I use and highly value Odoo Online (SaaS version). The lack of necessity to worry about the server, backups, and access to migration tools is a huge convenience. However, there is one key limitation – the inability to install custom modules.
This is usually not a problem, but it becomes crucial in the area of online payments. For every Polish company running online sales or wanting to simplify invoice payments, the availability of gateways like Przelewy24 or TPay and BLIK payments is absolutely essential. Let us, therefore, see what options Odoo offers.
Payments in Odoo - is it only for eCommerce?
Although they are mainly associated with the e-commerce shop, online payments in Odoo have a broader application.
They are useful, for example, in the Subscriptions module for managing cyclical payments. The system can automatically send the customer an invoice with a link or QR code that redirects them directly to the payment panel with the options we have chosen.
Available Payment Providers in Odoo
Odoo standardly offers a wide list of integrated payment providers, available in both the Community and Enterprise versions. On this list, we find global players such as Adyen, Stripe, and PayPal.
Unfortunately, at first glance, it is evident that it lacks direct integrations with the most popular Polish operators. This is understandable – Odoo, being Belgian software, focuses on global solutions. But does this mean we are deprived of the payment methods crucial to us?
Are BLIK and Przelewy24 available in Odoo?
The short answer is: yes! If the availability of these methods is a condition for launching your shop or invoicing system, you can confidently proceed.
BLIK: It is available natively in Odoo via the Adyen payment gateway.
Przelewy24: This gateway can be used through several global operators, such as Adyen, Buckaroo, Mollie, Stripe, and Worldline. In practice, this means that after selecting the payment, the customer is redirected to the Przelewy24 form, where they can select their bank.

Availability is one thing, but costs are crucial. Below is a detailed comparison of commissions for the most popular payment methods among Odoo-integrated providers and Polish operators (data from 17.10.2025).

Conclusions and Recommendations
A clear picture emerges from the data above:
For Odoo Online users: The only "out-of-the-box" option for BLIK payments is Adyen. This is a fully functional solution, although its commissions may be higher compared to direct agreements with Polish operators.
For Odoo.sh and self-hosted users: Here, significantly greater flexibility emerges. The data shows that direct integration with Przelewy24 is often the most advantageous option, especially for BLIK and card payments. To use it, it is necessary to install a custom module, such as the one created by Adapt IT, available in the Odoo Official App Store.
Which provider you ultimately choose depends on your sales structure and average transaction value. It is worth accurately calculating which combination of fixed and percentage fees will be most beneficial for you.
