Training sessions are conducted in person, on-site.
In line with the needs and scope of the implementation, training is conducted in a group or individual format. We place a special emphasis on users actively working on the system from the very first moments (in a controlled environment).
During the first hours of system use, we are present on-site, offering support and immediate answers to questions.
Post-Implementation Support
Following the implementation, two on-site visits to your company are standardly provided.
The first one is aimed at verifying the workflow in every department where the implementation occurred. This visit takes place 2-3 days after the implementation.
The second visit takes place about a week after the implementation - this is a summary meeting where we also answer any questions that may have arisen after that time.
In addition, we offer packages of paid support hours.
